Do you have an idea or startup business you are actively working on?

I've started my startup biz in Bellevue already - my acupuncture and herbal medicine clinic.

How many people do you employ, yourself included?

one right now

What gets you out of bed everyday?

Excited about treating as many patients as I can, because I'm literally giving this medicine away (not completely free though) for people who are not able to afford mainstream healhcare any more due to the state our country is in right now.

What would you most like to improve in your business?

Marketing and Operation's logistics, such as when do I expand?, when do I go lean?, good ways to get folks into the clinic, hiring staff, etc.

"Thank you, Wayne for your vote of confidence. What I have in mind is to turn this idea to some productive meetup sessions to hash out how this idea could be implemented with some initial trials. Once we follow this path, more jobs will be created in my clinic as well growing client endorsements. I think medicine can be given to whoever needs it instead of keeping it locked up for only the rich few. We just need a critical mass of endorsements to achieve this. You're welcome to help us."
