Hi all - since this is my first meeting with the group - I'd be interested in hearing about the "mission" and "goals" of the group.
As for me - I'm an independent consultant (engineer for the energy industry), so my goal is to get out and socialize with like minded out-going people. I spend too much time alone in my home office talking to the computer!
